This "rumor" was debunked before he/she even posted it

PS3 won't have a price raise. How can you be mad at people reporting your "rumor" when it's been debunked days before you even posted it

I have to admit, the way you were phrasing it, you really did make HOME seem more like a game rather than a social gaming application

However at work the page doesn't come up so I assumed the title headline was correct.

And as for looking "like a tool", be serious, do you honestly think I care how I look to anonymous people like you over something as trivial as the internet? Only children put stock in that. Do you?

But anyways, since you seem to have read my comment, I assume you THINK you can counter it?

I've never thought a company can put up such a bold lie like this

Sony has innovated more within the industry than ms ever has.

Sony has more unconventional, out of the ordinary games. Look at eye of judgment, Time Crisis, Eyepet, Heavy Rain, the Pixel Junk series, Linger in the Shadows, Little Big Planet, Echochome and more.

Not to mention Sony was the first to introduced the detailed car simulators like Gran Turismo. Which MS copied with Forza. Sony is...

I'm sorry but I respectfully disagree with you very much

Just because your sales are good doesn't mean you can blatantly lie. And it doesn't make any of those blatant lies true either.

Since when ever evidence of blu ray's longevity is posted someone immediately goes to some site with an analyst's "predictions" and "opinions" of Blu Ray's death.

But I guess all this will be forgotten 2-3 years from now when Blu Ray is commonplace and in majority of households

Chrome itself was even faster at uploading and downloading than firefox for me. But my gripe is that Chrome opened my pc up to virus galore. When it becomes more secure the way firefox is, then I'll give it another shot.

And as for IE, the only reason it has a high market share is because it comes packaged with every pc sold. People aren't fully aware other browsers are out there. BUT, people are SLOWLY becoming aware. And as a result IE is slowly losing their market share.

I agree with you.

I have the ps3 and a stand alone player. But the ONLY reason I don't have a pc blu ray yet is because I too am awaiting the burners. Once the burners become available, then I'll have blu ray pc drives

First off unlike you (seemingly) I have all three consoles. So I don't need to live in fanboy bubbles like yourself. So I don't need to "weep". You might want to stop thinking everyone thinks like YOU do. Broaden your horizons a little child.

Secondly, he's an idiot because the moment he took over the company the quality of their products have been shot to sh!t. And now he's threatening his employees. And the lowering of quality didn't start this gen. There were some si...

When people said that it was referring to Japan and Europe. You can even go and check my comments if you want.

Well in all fairness, MS was getting beat until they pulled their mass price cut wave

6278d ago 3 agree3 disagreeView comment

A system that cost literally HALF the price of another console sold better.

If they can still say then when the ps3 has the SAME price, then it's newsworthy. It's funny though, MS wasn't half as confident until their price cuts in October. Which btw, the ps3 was outselling them until October.

The truth is the game industry is cruel in itself. You are only as good as your next game

Here are some examples

-The creator of Final Fantasy (back when the series meant something and before the age of idiot CEOs named Yoichi Wada) leaves square and creates both Blue Dragon and Lost Oddessey. Both games are considered lackluster and/or average at best. So now people in the industry see him as just any other developer rather than a great creator

-Silicon...

First off, unlike many developers this generation, Criterion put REAL effort and NO excuses into making their game. And the result was this wonderful game that still is selling at a good rate a full year later.

Second, they've been giving us free content for at least a year. It's not like they've been nickel and diming us on stuff that is ALREADY on game discs ( hence, namco bandai).

The moment that happens, you'll see things go back to what they were in the ps1 days for Square Enix (btw back then they were only squaresoft since they hadn't bought out Enix yet)

That annoyed me too when they took the Main DQ series and made it handheld. Talk about taking a step back.

Nothing against the handhelds, but handhelds should be used for side story like games. Main installments of franchises that STARTED on home consoles should STAY home console.

It's their president. And the bad part is, it's to the point that he had to threaten the employees to make games HE wants them to make or they'd be fired. The people in SE want to work on the ps3. But Yoichi Wada is denying them that

They deserve that loss. For MANY reasons. And they're so obvious I won't even mention them

Worthwhile stories get no attention. Instead everyone wants to post flamebait, most of which come from opinionated blogs with next to zero credibility.
